Accessibility Statement
Effective date: February 23, 2026
Lumo Pages is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards.
1. Our Commitment
Lumo Pages strives to provide an inclusive digital experience. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we are dedicated to regular audits and improvements.
2. Accessibility Features
Our platform is designed with accessibility in mind, including:
- Keyboard navigation for users who navigate without a mouse.
- Screen reader compatibility through structural HTML and labeling patterns.
- Visual clarity and support for browser zoom; we encourage use of device accessibility settings where helpful.
3. Responsibility for User-Generated Content
While Lumo Pages provides tools to create accessible forms (“Lumos”), the creator of a published Lumo (the Controller) is responsible for the accessibility of the specific content they publish, including:
- Descriptive alternative text for images.
- Sufficient color contrast in custom designs.
- Captions or transcripts for embedded video or audio where needed.
- Clear, understandable labels for form fields.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Lumo Pages may include third-party components (e.g., maps, video players, payment tools). We prioritize accessible partners where we can, but cannot guarantee full accessibility compliance of every third-party component.
5. Ongoing Efforts
We conduct periodic manual and automated accessibility reviews and monitor updates to WCAG and best practices in our development lifecycle.
6. Feedback and Contact
We welcome feedback on accessibility. If you encounter barriers, contact us at [email protected]. We aim to respond within a few business days and prioritize urgent concerns.
