What are LumoPages Plans?
LumoPages plans define the features, limits, and pricing associated with your account. They typically vary based on:
- Monthly Responses: The maximum number of form submissions you can receive per month.
- Upload Storage: The total amount of file storage available for media (images, future file uploads, etc.).
- AI-powered creation: How many AI-assisted generations you can run (one-time on Basic, monthly on paid plans).
- Simple integrations (webhooks): How many outbound webhooks you can configure at once.
- Pricing: Whether the plan is free or subscription-based.
Overview of LumoPages Service Plans
LumoPages currently offers three main tiers: Basic, Plus, and Pro.
1. Basic Plan (Free)
- Up to 100 responses per month.
- 30 MB media storage.
- AI-powered creation: 2 one-time uses.
- Simple integrations: Up to 1 webhook.
- Ideal for: Users who are just starting out, small personal projects, or those with very low volume needs. It's a great way to explore the platform's capabilities without any commitment.
2. Plus Plan
- Cost: $20 per month (billed monthly) or $18 per month (billed annually, providing a 10% discount).
- Up to 2,000 responses per month.
- 200 MB media storage.
- AI-powered creation: 20 per month.
- Simple integrations: Up to 3 webhooks.
- Ideal for: Growing teams and regular campaigns that need more capacity than Basic.
3. Pro Plan
- Cost: $40 per month (billed monthly) or $36 per month (billed annually, providing a 10% discount).
- Up to 10,000 responses per month.
- 1 GB media storage.
- AI-powered creation: 100 per month.
- Simple integrations: Up to 10 webhooks.
- Priority support.
- Ideal for: Large organizations, agencies, or users with high-volume data collection needs, complex projects, or those planning to handle file uploads extensively.
Annual Payment Discount
LumoPages rewards commitment! If you choose to pay for a Plus or Pro plan annually upfront instead of monthly, you receive a 10% discount on your total subscription cost.
Annual payments are non-refundable. This means if you cancel your subscription midway through an annual term, you will not receive a refund for the remaining months of that term.
If you cancel the service or not renew it before its ending time, while still utilizing that extra storage space, the data stored beyond your plan's base limit will be permanently deleted. Ensure you download any necessary files before canceling this service.

You can view your current plan details, payment history, and options to upgrade or downgrade your plan directly from the "Account Management" section in your LumoPages dashboard.
