WhatsApp Notifications for New Responses

On Plus and Pro plans, LumoPages can send you a WhatsApp message when someone submits a response. Messages go only to a verified mobile number on your account.

Before you start

  1. Be on a Plus or Pro plan (upgrade from Account → Upgrade if needed).
  2. Verify your phone with WhatsApp OTP — see Verifying Your Phone Number with WhatsApp.

Turn on notifications for a project

  1. Open the project → Submissions settings (or project notification panes).
  2. Open the WhatsApp tab.
  3. Enable Send WhatsApp notifications.
  4. Confirm the verified number shown matches the phone you want to use.
  5. Save.

You cannot set a different project-level phone — notifications always use your verified account number.

Troubleshooting

  • If WhatsApp is missing from settings, check that you are on Plus/Pro.
  • If enable is blocked, complete phone verification in Profile first.
  • Unverified legacy numbers are never used for sending.
